StellarFi SXSW
We worked with Stellar Fi to design, fabricate, and install a one of a kind private party in downtown Austin during SXSW . We faced challenges of designing this event in a relatively narrow bar, which was built in the 1800's as well creating content and building custom fabricated props with a smaller budget.

Design
We pre-visualized the final interior design using Vectorworks for the drafting and made use of DataSmith to export the geometry into Unreal Engine. This allowed us to quickly iterate and keep visual fidelity at a near photorealistic level.
Fabrication
The design called for a number of unique pieces to be fabricated for the office. We created over 30 custom cabinets with built in LED lighting, fabricated a bar, and made a bespoke sign for their office.
Installation
We spent approximately 8 hours installing all of the lights, audio system, projection systems, running wires, setting up the dj booth, and our custom props for the event.
Event
The event lasted from 7PM to 11PM and went without any hitches.
